Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Claude with Crypto ("the service", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service is

The service resells Claude subscriptions (Claude Pro, Claude Max) as gift subscriptions, payable in cryptocurrency. We are an independent reseller. We are not Anthropic, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include a service fee of 20-30% over the underlying subscription cost.
Payment must be made in the exact cryptocurrency and amount shown for your order, to the unique deposit address generated for it. Sending a different asset or amount may result in loss that we cannot recover.
An order expires 24 hours after creation if unpaid. Expired orders can simply be recreated.
You are responsible for network fees and for sending from a wallet you control.

3. Delivery

Claude Pro 1 month is delivered automatically, normally within minutes of payment confirmation on-chain.
All other plans are delivered manually within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Delivery is made to the email you provided or shown as a gift link on your order page, depending on the option you chose.
Your order page is reachable only by its random order ID. Keep it safe - it is the only way to access your order and any gift link attached to it.

4. Refunds

If we cannot deliver within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund to the sending address.
Once a gift subscription has been delivered and claimed, it cannot be refunded.
Payments sent to the wrong address, in the wrong asset, or in the wrong amount are not refundable if unrecoverable.

5. Acceptable use

You must be legally allowed to purchase digital services in your jurisdiction and to use the underlying Claude service under Anthropic's own terms.
You may not use the service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions delivered are for your own use. Resale of delivered subscriptions is your own responsibility and risk.

6. Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew. When the period ends, you may purchase again.
The underlying Claude service is operated by Anthropic and may change its features, limits, or pricing at any time. We are not responsible for changes Anthropic makes.
Usage rules, rate limits, and acceptable-use policies of claude.ai apply to every subscription we deliver.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or blockchain network failures.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page governs orders placed after its date.
