Claude with Crypto ("we", "us", "the service") sells Claude subscriptions payable in cryptocurrency. This policy explains what little data we collect and why. The short version: we collect almost nothing, because the service is designed to work without accounts.
Order data is used only to fulfill your purchase, handle refunds, and prevent fraud. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers, ever.
The storefront sets no tracking cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies of any kind.
We rely on: Cloudflare (content delivery and DDoS protection, which processes connection data as described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy), public blockchain networks (payment confirmation), and Anthropic's claude.ai (subscription delivery, subject to Anthropic's privacy policy). No other third parties receive your data.
Order records are kept for up to 12 months for refund and accounting purposes, then deleted. Email addresses are deleted once an order is fulfilled or expired.
The service runs behind Cloudflare with TLS everywhere. Order pages are reachable only by a random order ID - treat yours like a receipt and do not share it.
Since we hold no accounts, there is nothing to export or delete beyond your order record. To have an order record removed early, contact support with your order ID.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
